Every so often I feel a need for comfort food. You know what I mean; we’ve all been there. The pangs that won’t go away. Generally speaking, I like to keep it healthy. I have a Vitamix and a slow juicer on my kitchen counter and I use them regularly. I have chopping boards and and a couple of pricey knives. Whether it’s fruit or veggies, I’m prepared.
But in the interest of balanced living and a pleasant disposition, sometimes I’ve got to let cheese and fried batter win the day. Sometimes I need to feel the love.
Thankfully, I have options and I’m not afraid to use them.
